Nick & Sierra are total engagement session pros!! These two showed up on a cold rainy day with sunshine in their hearts! That sounds legit cheesy but total facts. The positive attitudes they had made this one of the most romantic & gorgeous engagement sessions ever.

Haley & Roman did fantastic during their engagement session a couple of weeks ago. I’m so grateful for the nice November weather we’ve had. It’s been a November with amazing temperatures and all the sunshinyness. And it’s almost December which is such a fun time of the year! Christmas music on full blast around here.

Rachel & Christopher are the cutest and second to them is the adorable wedding venue they chose. Annabella at Cedar Glen has all the southern charm with incredible detail for days. I was so excited to meet these two for their engagement session at such a stunning spot. I was on the phone with Michael on the way back telling him how much fun videoing it all will be. We get giddy over new places we haven’t yet captured.

Plus when I get to tell him that the couple is just as fun too we both know it’s going to be next level! Rachel & Christopher are totally next level. Their love for each other and chemistry while taking their engagement photos was amazing. I love engagement sessions because it’s my first real life hang out with my couples. We become friends through all our virtual planning experiences, but once I met them, it just seals the deal. I’m so excited for May 30th 2021!!!

Jasmine is super gorgeous and Gucci for days, but let me tell about a story where I failed. As a photographer with a platform that many watch, I believe in letting you learn from my days of defeat as well as my days of winning. Jasmine scheduled her senior photoshoot with me months ago and I was super stoked. Then, because I didn’t pay enough careful attention to an email where we discussed picking a new date, she ended up waiting an hour and a half for me to show up. This has never happened!!!! Lord, I pray it never happens again. It is literally every photographers worst nightmare to get a phone call asking where you are when you thought the session was scheduled on another day. Total panic doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt, and beyond how I felt, how Jasmine was feeling.

I am so glad that Jasmine gave me the opportunity to make this right for her by allowing me to take her senior photos and also giving her a full refund. It’s important that we as individuals own up to our shortcomings and do the right thing. It doesn’t matter how talented you are or how incredible your business is, you do right by people. I didn’t mean for this to happen, but it did and it was my responsibility to make it right. And trust me, I wanted to crawl under a rock. But instead I blasted out of my house as soon as Michael got home to watch AJ and showed up ready to go. I was looking like a hot mess with no makeup and my not-cute messy bun, but I was there to make it right. I want all of you to know that I do my best to be organized and always give you the most professional service. If I ever fall short of that I will do everything in my power to make it right. I take photos because I enjoy it, but before that, I love you guys! My heart is that after your senior session that you would leave feeling like a million bucks. You are important, not the photos. But If I get to use photos to love you and show you how valuable you are then that’s my goal! Thank you Jasmine for letting me love on you and for being the most stunning senior model last week. That is just the coolest and I’m praying hard that her biggest dreams come true. You guys, she really is just gold. Her heart is sooo big and kindness just radiates out of her. There are some people that just are more focused on those around them than they are on themselves and this stunning chick is one of them!

What is sweeter than Dunkin’ Donuts? Chloe and her amazing friends are! I met up with them for Chloe’s senior photoshoot at Dunkin’ Donuts a weekish ago!!! And Chloe is super gorgeous and just as fun as she is pretty. When you bring your own wooden stool because you have a cool idea then you are my kinda girl! hahahah. She pulled that wooden stool out of her trunk and I was hooked!

We had so much fun roaming around downtown Decatur and hitting up some of my favorite nature spots too. This chick is seriously magazine cover material. Her eyes are captivating for days. And her hair is like the that flawless wavy look that you pray your hairstylist can achieve with your hair! So excited for Chloe’s senior year and I’ll just be over here staring at her senior photos for days!! 😍

Jonathan went straight GQ at his senior photoshoot! He looked so nice and styling in his suit. We had that lint roller going to ensure perfection with every shot. He is such a fantastic guy and I loved getting to capture his senior pictures.

He is definitely running into a bright future!! And that’s me totally inserting a pun because this guy is a runner. He is super healthy and super smart and overall incredible! So grateful to know him and can’t wait to watch him do well in everything he goes after!
