Amanda & Michael are simply the sweetest! Michael and I were so thrilled to get the opportunity to travel to Troy, Alabama to do their engagement session there. Everyone was especially excited because Amanda & Michael have a friend that let us into the stadium. I was in photographer heaven getting to take their engagement photos in a football stadium! That’s what I call an amazing football season and the pictures are sooo cute!

Michael also got great videography footage. There will be a sweet little engagement video coming along soon that we can’t wait to also share with you all. We are both just super pumped to capture their special day in May 2020!

I have a special place in my heart for Marissa Legg. I first met this gorgeous girl while photographing her before Junior Prom earlier this year. It was raining and there was so much going on, but we created total magic on that day. That’s why I knew when we met up again to do her Senior Photoshoot that it was going to be epic. I was 100% right, but what I didn’t know was that I would be praying a lot more than usual while I was taking pictures. You see, Marissa has a wild dare devil side that likes to be photographed from high spots! If it looked super high in the air, sounded cool in her head and the ladder was nearby then she was going for it! And I was praying to Jesus that she would live to see her beautiful photos. Thank you Lord she did!

Besides getting to capture this pretty as can be chick, I also enjoyed getting to meet her family. They were there every step of the way to help her out. It was super sweet and I could see where she got her caring heart from. Marissa is as kind as she is gorgeous and I loved getting to catch it all! ❤️??

This beautiful chick right here had all the moves during her senior photoshoot last weekend. She has a really cool hippyish gyspy like vibe and we were really wanting to shoot at Isom’s Orchard’s flower field, but the intense heat ended the flower field season a little early. It was so sad to see the field completely bare. That’s life though! There is a season for everything and they will be back next summer just as pretty as ever!

Chapel still wanted the flower field look so we ended up going to The Huntsville Botanical Garden. Also, can I just say how cool I think the name Chapel is! Love that name and her awesome personality lives up to it too. Before I get off track talking about how much I adored Chapel, The Huntsville Botanical Garden did not disappoint. It was in full bloom and Chapel rock it out. I’m obsessed with all her photos!

Donuts + Ice Latte + Gorgeous Senior = Fabulous Senior Photoshoot! ?❤️ Hope knocked it out of the park on this day. We started out at Dunkin Donuts, but since bus loads of people began to fill the place we had to relocate. And if you live in the area then you would know how weird it is for Dunkin Donuts to be packed. That place is always empty since they are notoriously known for bad service! Sorry Dunkin Donuts, I love your yumminess, but you are always out of everything!

So glad that switching spots didn’t slow us down in the least. Hope was a total pro and was up for whatever. That’s how we also ended up at Sonic later this same day too. Gotta have all the sugary liquids! ? hahahah. All in all so glad I got to meet this beautiful girl and I know she will have a great senior year.

I absolutely love getting to work in the wedding industry capturing all the details that brides & grooms spend months planning, but I believe simple is just as beautiful. In an effort to try some new things out including new camera gear, Camera & Sabina participated in a styled shoot for me. Sabina still fit her gorgeous wedding dress and Cameron owned a suit! That’s what I call a recipe for stunning wedding day inspired photos.

I do love the idea of a bride and groom meeting in a field flowing with flowers. Wouldn’t it be great if we ditched the stress and just showed up looking pretty as can be for photos and then flew off for our honey moon. That’s what I call happily ever after!

I got the pleasure of meeting Peyton at a birthday party a few weeks before her shoot date. She was so sweet and obviously pretty as can be that I was already looking forward to photographing her. This beautiful girl did a fantastic job and I’m in love with all her photos, but especially her sports pictures.

Peyton let me know before her senior photoshoot how softball was a huge part of her life and that she definitely wanted photos showcasing her love for the game. I love getting to include what is most important to you guys in your images. ❤️

Blaire is as pretty as a field of flowers and as sweet as Kreme Delight’s ice cream! And I had a blast with her at both of these places. This cutie had a rough start with wardrobe malfunctions and then my trusty stool broke from underneath me. Praise the Lord, because none of that kept us from getting the most gorgeous photos!

I’m absolutely in love with how amazing Blair looks in Isom’s Orchard flower field. That perfect-pop-of-red top she is wearing and those fantastic orange flowers are still making me so happy! Oh and her reading is next level stunning. How can anyone look so pretty just reading a book? I can 100% say that Blair nailed it for her senior photoshoot!

Carley is like a gorgeous barbie doll come to life! I had such a good time with her during her senior photoshoot last week. This girl has a total heart of gold, but a closet of red, white & blue. ? She didn’t even mean to have her outfits so patriotically themed but it was totally fitting since her longtime boyfriend is in the military.

I don’t even know how I could possibly choose a favorite, but the ones of her in those bright blue shoes are definitely at the top of the list. I loved how Carley was just up for whatever and always smiling even though we were literally melting in the most extreme heat. Round of applause for Carley over here because she did amazing! ❤️ this girl!????

I had such an awesome time with Shelby during her senior photoshoot. We had all kinds of caffeine after starting out with a latte at Honest Coffee Roaster and then going to Piper & Leaf Tea Company for her second location. Needless to say we were hyped up talking about The Bachelorette and whatever else popped into our heads. Lots of fun happened and lots of beautiful photographs were made.

Shelby is also a photographer & creative soul in general. It was also cool talking about her after high school plans. She is hoping to become an interior designer which sounds like a great career choice for her. She is smart & artsy so her designs are going to be functional & gorgeous for sure!

Come rain or shine Katelyn was all smiles during her senior photoshoot and her photographs are all beautiful! Unless it’s raining cats and dogs a little bit of a passing sprinkle doesn’t do any harm. Actually whenever there is a light summer sprinkle you actually get brighter colors which I always enjoy so much.

Photographing Katelyn was super chill. She was so much fun and just up for whatever and I really love her shiny red hair. I think school might have started yesterday and I know this girl is rocking out her senior year.
