These photos were so fun! They even include Joshua’s dog. Meet Brutus!!! He loves Joshua a lot! And squirrels. And dog treats. And little dogs in shop windows. And anything that makes a new sound or has an interesting smell! Hahahahahah! Basically photographing this handsome boy with his dog was an adventure! I thrive on raw candid joy and Brutus provided that for sure.

Also, I’m getting these added to the blog very late, because life works like that. Better late than never.

That feeling when you’re turning two!!! Hahahah! Taking little Sawyer 2nd Birthday photos was sooo fun! It make me really excited for my own baby boys future birthdays!!!

The Casteel family was such a pleasure to spend a Friday evening with too. We even ended up going to Sawyer’s birthday party the next day. That cake was AMAZING!

So this guy totally needs to go model professionally in NYC. Sam is a natural and my camera loved him. We had a great time and the hardest part will definitely be choosing only one photo to go into the yearbook.

Skylar and Colter were married on May 5th (Cinco De Mayo) on a day full of unpredictable weather in northern Alabama. We experienced a cloudy overcast, rain showers and sunshine. However, the most unpredictable part was the proposal that happened during the bouquet toss.

Skylar had collaborated with her brother Matthew to help him pop the question to his girlfriend who was also a bridesmaid in Skylar’s wedding. Skylar pretended like she was going to toss the bouquet, but instead turned around and handed it to her brothers girlfriend. At that point Matthew stepped into view and gets on one knee before asking her to marry him. Family and friends recorded the scene and it quickly went viral on several news stations. 

Aaron’s Senior Photoshoot this past weekend was on point! The weather was BEAUTIFUL and every single picture of him was just fabulously perfect! He has the look!!
