When I was invited to photograph Sydney & Grayson’s spring wedding, I knew it would be an affair to remember. Nestled in the Deep South, this celebration was the epitome of romantic charm, with every detail reflecting the couple’s impeccable taste and timeless love.
The wedding took place at The Witt House, a breathtaking estate that perfectly embodied Southern elegance. The majestic trees, water features, and sprawling gardens provided a picturesque backdrop that was straight out of a fairy tale, even with the rain! The ceremony took place under the grand eaves of a sprawling front porch adorned with bright and beautiful spring flowers, while the rain drizzled quietly in the background. Sydney’s gown was picture perfect, while Grayson was dashing in his tailored tuxedo and bowtie. The bridesmaids wore the softest pink gowns, and more than worth an honorable mention is the Mother-of-the-Bride’s stunning gown! Everything was just top notch, from the beginning of the day all the way to the couple’s getaway to Jamaica.
Rainy weather is only the back drop to an even more romantic wedding day. It was raining or drizzling the majority of this day and still absolutely gorgeous.
