Hotel: Manfredi Suite Via Margutta 61 00187 Rome, Italy
July 4th: We arrived around 3:00 and went to the hotel via the metro. We ate at a grab and go pasta restaurant called “Pastificio Guerra.” That night we went to the Trevi Fountain for the first time and Dustin made sure to stop at Venchi’s.
July 5th: 1/2 day tour of the Coliseum for the morning. After that we rushed back and went to McDonald’s to grab a quick bite for our second tour of the day that went around the “Best of Rome”. We visited the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona. For dinner we ate at “Ginger Sapori e Salute”.
July 6th: The metro workers went on strike this day so we had a 40 minute walk to the Vatican. Dustin was a trooper and booked it with me. That morning we ate at the McDonalds (can you see a trend?) For the Birthday dinner we ate at “La Buvette”.
July 7th: This was our day to explore Roma on our own. We at at McDonald’s for breakfast and went off taking pictures and exploring. We went to the Church of St. Paul. Great Experience!!! Had the most wonderful watermelon at “Rosatti Caffeteria”.
July 8th: Took a private car to the airport to fly to Charles de Galle airport in Paris!
